As a result of the success of The Horse Racing Club and the feedback from its members it became apparent to us that a large number of people are dissatisfied with the standard packages offered by corporate hospitality companies.

These fabulous race days offer you, your friends, family or your business clients the oppurtunity to enjoy FULLY HOSTED days out at the races.

You choose which race day you want to attend, set your budget and let us do the rest...

For an individually tailored, all inclusive price we can arrange to:

• Meet with you to discuss your needs.

• Plan your race day around your business agenda.

• Offer various menus and drinks options.

• Provide private betting facilities at some racecourses.

• Book your choice of venue on your behalf.

• Transport your party to and from the racecourse.

• Arrange to meet your party on arrival.

• Escort your party to your designated area.

• Explain how the day’s events will unfold.

• Assist your party with their understanding of the race card.

• Give your guests a guide to betting terminology.

• Assist your guests in betting on the Tote or with Bookmakers.

• Arrange a guest speaker if required - i.e. a jockey or trainer.

• Have our Racing Manager on hand for the day to ensure that your guests have a thoroughly enjoyable time.
